Reading and analysis in a wide range of authors, illustrators, and genres appropriate for children from preschool through eighth grade, classic as well as modern. Critical approaches include historical, thematic, and social. Preq: ENGL 2020 or ENGL 2120 or ENGL 2130 or ENGL 2140 or ENGL 2150.
