AUE 4010 - Vehicle Dynamics 4 Credits (3 Contact Hours)
Fundamental concepts in the dynamic behavior of ground vehicles, mainly two- and four-wheeled vehicles, are discussed. The application of dynamic systems modeling and analysis are stressed to bring understanding to ride performance, handling and straight-line running. Practical considerations in vehicle design and its influence on vehicle performance are discussed. Preq: ME 3050 . Coreq: AUE 4011 .
