CE 4350 - Infrastructure Project Planning 3 Credits (3 Contact Hours) Covers concepts related to planning, cost estimating, financing and executing public works projects from the agency owner perspective. Advanced concepts of engineering economic analysis, risk analysis and database management systems are addressed. Traditional and innovative project contracting strategies, including incentive contracts and public-private partnerships, are discussed. Preq: CE 3520 with a C or better.
