STS 4990 - Independent Study 1-3 Credits (1-3 Contact Hours)
Study of selected topics under direction of a faculty member selected by the student. Student and faculty member develop a course of study designed for the individual student and approved by the STS program coordinator prior to registration. Students are expected to have completed their General Education Science and Technology in Society Requirement before enrolling in this course. May be repeated for a maximum of six credits. Preq: Consent of instructor.
