WFB 4700 - Human Dimensions of Fisheries and Wildlife Management and Conservation

Human interactions with wildlife and fisheries, including social principles important for understanding and addressing wildlife management and conservation challenges, are examined and studied. Quantitative and qualitative social research methods, popular views of wildlife, stakeholder involvement, changing environmental behavior, and human attitudes towards hunting and fishing, are discussed.
