AVS 2030 - Dairy Science Techniques 2 Credits (1 Contact Hours) Introduction to dairy production and processing. Laboratories include hands-on opportunities for management of dairy cattle, quality control of milk, and processing of milk and dairy products. Students may take only one techniques course per semester. Preq: AVS 1510 . Coreq: AVS 2031 .
