AVS (BIOL) 4800 - Vertebrate Endocrinology 3 Credits (3 Contact Hours) Introduction to the basic principles of neuro-endocrine integration and homeostatic maintenance in vertebrates. Comparative morphology and physiology of various endocrine tissues and hormone chemistry and modes of action are considered. May also be offered as BIOL 4800 . Preq: BCHM 3010 or BCHM 3050 .
