FIN 4020 - Corporate Valuation 3 Credits (3 Contact Hours) Study of the decision process and analytical techniques used in evaluating corporate investment and financing decisions. Topics include capital budgeting, capital structure and bankruptcy, valuation, corporate governance, executive compensation, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring. Includes Honors sections. Preq: FIN 3120 with a C or better.
