MICR 4000 - Public Health Microbiology 3 Credits (3 Contact Hours) Epidemiology of transmissible diseases including pathogenic characteristics of the infectious organism, modes of transmission, mechanism of infection, diagnostic aids, effective treatments, immunizing procedures, and methods of preventing infection. Includes Honors sections. Preq: MICR 3050 with a C or higher.
