ML 4510 - Organizational Leadership III 3 Credits (2 Contact Hours)
Transitional leadership development and training for completion cadets and others designed to enhance practical experiences in managing organizational training programs, develop leadership skills by serving in cadet staff positions, develop small group decision making and conflict management skills, and reinforce physical fitness and lifestyle skills required of leaders.
