NURS 4100 - Leadership Management and Nursing Care Practicum

6 Credits (3 Contact Hours)
Focuses on the role of the professional nurse in practicing and managing nursing care. Theories and research related to clinical practice, leadership, power, management, organizations, regulation, ethics, and licensure preparation are discussed. Directed lab experiences are provided under preceptor supervision. Coreq: NURS 4030  and NURS 4101  and NURS 4150 .
