Sales Engineering Certificate

Description

Many engineering graduates begin their careers in technical sales. Therefore, it is important they understand customer needs and can effectively communicate a value proposition. The Sales Engineering Certificate is a collaborative initiative between the Marketing Department in the College of Business and the College of Engineering, Computing and Applied Sciences, and provides students a competitive advantage in the marketplace. The certificate consists of nine credits and the following coursework is required:

• MKT 4210 - Technical Selling 3 Credits
• MKT 4240 - Sales Management 3 Credits
• Specialization Requirement (3 Credits) ¹
