MATH 3020 - Statistics for Science and Engineering 3 Credits (3 Contact Hours) Calculus based statistics course in methodology for collecting, organizing, and interpreting data. Topics include understanding variability, graphical and numerical summarization of data, introductory probability, normal and related distributions, statistical inference, basic experimental design, and simple linear regression. Statistical software is used. Preq: MATH 2060 with a C or better.
