SOC 3040 - Social Research Methods II 4 Credits (3 Contact Hours) This course is the second in a two-semester methods sequence, and provides a brief review of research design and a concentrated focus on statistical analysis. Topics include organizing and coding data, indexes and scales, measures of central tendency and variability, and univariate, bivariate and multivariate statistics. Includes Honors sections. Preq: SOC 3020 ; and one of STAT 2300 or STAT 3090 or STAT 3300 . Coreq: SOC 3041 .
