CSM 2010 - Structures 3 Credits (3 Contact Hours)
Study of statically determinate structural components and systems, including force applications and distributions in structural elements and the resulting stress-strain patterns in axial, shear, and bearing mechanisms. Preq: MATH 1020 or MATH 1060 ; and one of the following Physics combinations: PHYS 1220 and PHYS 1240 ; or PHYS 2070 and PHYS 2090 ; and Construction Science and Management or Architecture major.
