AVS 4110 - Animal Growth and Development 3 Credits (3 Contact Hours) Integration of the nutritional, physiological, and genetic basis for animal growth and development with application to livestock and poultry production. Includes the cellular and molecular mechanisms controlling these processes and emphasizes the genes that regulate animal products (meat, eggs, wool, and milk). Preq: AVS 3010 .
