GEOL 2070 - Mineralogy and Introductory Petrology Laboratory
1 Credits (3 Contact Hours)Identification of rock-forming minerals and important ore minerals based on their physical properties. Includes hand specimen petrology of igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic rocks. Credit toward a degree will be given for only one of GEOL 2070 or GEOL 2080. Coreq: GEOL 2050.
