Advanced overview of construction materials and methods used in project implementation. Study characteristics, strengths, nominal sizes and uses of materials (asphalt, brick, concrete, stone, wood). Field trips, exercises, and preparation of construction documents develop understanding of how design ideas are realized in built form. Preq: Junior standing. Coreq: LARC 4621.
