MATH 4500 - Introduction to Mathematical Models 3 Credits (3 Contact Hours) Includes a study of the modeling process and examples of existing models chosen from physical, biological, social, and management sciences, depending on the instructor. Written and oral report is required for at least one of the models studied. May be repeated for a maximum of six credits. Preq: MATH 3600 or MATH 3650 ; and one of MATH 3020 or STAT 2300 or STAT 3090 .
